CallRevive AI ("CallRevive," "we," "us") provides missed-call text-back, AI receptionist, appointment follow-up, and review-request services to home-services businesses. Information we collect

• Inquiries. When you submit a form on this website or contact us, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, trade, and the details you share about your business.
• Service data. When a business uses CallRevive, we process the calls and messages the system handles for that business, which can include caller names, phone numbers, service addresses, appointment details, call recordings, transcripts, and message history.
• Technical data. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) generated when you visit this website.
• Mobile and opt-in data. When you opt in to a text messaging program, we collect your mobile phone number, the date, time, and method of your opt-in, and your consent record.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and provide the service a business has signed up for.
• To operate the texting and calling features of the service, including sending the text messages you opted into — missed-call text-backs, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate follow-ups, review requests, and replies to your messages.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the service, and to comply with legal obligations.

Text messaging and mobile information

You opt in to text messaging by submitting a form on this website that collects your phone number and consent, or, for customers of a business that uses CallRevive, as described in our Terms of Service. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only to operate the messaging program you opted into: sending the messages described above, honoring opt-out requests, and maintaining consent records.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. The only exceptions are the telecommunications carriers, aggregators, and platform providers required to deliver the messages, and disclosures required by law. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message, and request help by replying HELP.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (1) the platform and telecommunications providers that run the service (for example, CRM, voice AI, and carrier providers), under their own privacy terms; (2) the business you contacted, when you are that business's customer; and (3) authorities when required by law.

Recordings

Calls handled by the service may be recorded, and callers are told so at the start of the call. Recordings and transcripts are made available to the business the call was for.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Data security

We protect information with access controls, encryption in transit, and reputable platform providers that maintain their own security programs. Access to personal information is limited to the people and systems that need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Your rights and choices

• Opt out of texts: text STOP at any time to stop text messages; text HELP for help.
